I finally read this book and adored it! You (and a few other troublemakers) had me with your reviews of the sequel. I can’t wait to get to that – and the rest of Millar’s books. I have that ‘Where have you been all my life?’ feeling about him now!

Yes, I would say better than Good Fairies. Though both are good. I’m dying to read Martin Millar’s other books, but I can’t afford to buy them, and our library hasn’t gone them. And my university library privileges (including interlibrary loan) have been suspended until the fall. 🙁

Even better than The Good Fairies of New York? I so must get my hands on this book. I know what you mean about Good Fairies being sweet, and it’s good to know that this one has some of that feel too.
