I can’t donate blood. I always want to and I always fail at it. I’m really frightened of needles, so every time I go in to donate blood, my heart starts racing, and then my pulse is too high and they won’t let me donate. Or else I start running a psychosomatic fever. It’s really embarrassing.

I think I will read The Likeness. Assuming it ever gets in at the library – I’ve had a hold on it for two weeks already.

You should definitely read The Likeness. There’s even less gore…if that’s possible. 😀

I know. I was careful not to include spoilers because even if the resolution was not there for the original mystery, I still loved the book.

On the up side, in The Likeness, French focuses on Cassie!
