Nymeth - I'm always interested to see what books authors like to read; but it's even more interesting to see what they say about books I like too. I'd love to read a book of essays about Narnia, for instance. :)

Jeane - Just as a warning, it's more analytical than I was expecting. He did talk at some length about some books, but there was also quite a lot of talking about development psychology and things. Still interesting!

You know, of all the books he talked about there this was the one that caught my attention the most. I made a mental note to get it soon. But I didn't know it mentioned Ursula Le Guin! "Soon" has just become "now".

Also: "one of the reasons I carry on loving reading so much is that I love that moment when you are reading a book and you come across a sentence and you think, This person knows me – this person is me" - Definitely also true for me.
