Yeah, the falling star story is the one where a bunch of guys in spacesuits are drifting away from each other? Drifting off into space and talking on their intercoms or whatever? At the end a kid sees a falling star, the implication being that it’s one of them burning up. I found the whole thing upsetting when I was in high school, and I still do as a grown-up.

The nursery story was definitely one of my favorites- in a fascinatingly horrifying sort of way. I don’t remember the one about a falling star.
