I mean, everyone here knows John was bad. But I didn’t know he was murder-a-teenager bad. And yeah, either we got taught a simplified version of the Becket story, OR I elided the truth in my memory because in my early years I couldn’t keep Becket and Thomas More straight in my head. :p
