I caught the automatic/stick comment and it made me bristle. I too can drive a stick. That’s all I drove until my mid-20s when husband came along and only knew how to drive an automatic. So, yup, I’ve been on the receiving end of the incredulous and insecure dudes too. Sigh.

OMG I love that you are doing this re-watch recaps. I meant to do something of the sort for Daredevil but never got around to it. And it’s a good thing I don’t have the time to do it for JJ, because you are doing a much more kick-ass job of it.

I will admit that I did not read this post at all only because I am trying to convince my husband to watch this show with me. Usually, he chooses his own Netflix shows to binge-watch, and they are never anything that I want to watch with him. I hope to get to it over the weekend!

In reply to Jenny @ Reading the End. I just finished episode 11 after I read this. I love Trish and their friendship more and more. And the more I get of Simpson, the more I realize that his story arc is perfectly appropriate for him, and how his making everything about himself fits into the bigger picture of what the show is doing. Also, I want a running count in this show of how many times we see Jessica put on a fresh (or not-so-fresh but not-so-bloody) tank top.

In reply to Sharry Cee. It's a rewatch! I binged on the first, I want to say, nine? episodes, the weekend the show came out, and then things got busy with Thanksgiving, and then I binged on the remaining episodes once I got home.
