Those books are so much fun. I love Archie’s voice. Some of the books are better than others, but I don’t think any of them are bad. My favorites that I can think of off the top of my head are Some Buried Caesar and Death of a Dude. Those are both ones where Wolfe actually gets dragged along on a case, which rarely happens. (Though there’s one really bizarre one called The Black Mountain where Wolfe and Archie are for some reason tramping through Yugoslavia.)
