I tend to be quite a conservative library borrower, so that number seems pretty incredible to me. There’s just no way I could get through that many.

I’m running a role-playing game for my writing group tomorrow night, so I just finished reading the manual: Dungeon World by Sage LaTorra and Adam Koebel. It’s quite possibly the clearest, most coherently written RPG manual I’ve come across.

In reply to Lindsey Stefan. Aw, do they do that? That's super sweet. I have two librarians in particular that I adore at my library, but woefully often they are not working at the times I go in. Very often the guy who is on checkout duty is my LIBRARY NEMESIS, and I have to doodle around in the new books section until he goes on break. He judges my reading choices, I can't be dealing with that when I just wanna get my books.

In reply to Stefanie. Aw, thanks so much! I'm actually not in school, I work at a university. I know the library books are meant to be "for the students and faculty" etc but OH WELL they foolishly gave me library privileges and I will NEVER STOP checking out way too many books out. :p

I see no problem here. I like that my librarians know to get my books when I walk in the door. 🙂
