I’m still formulating my thoughts, but overall I didn’t love it. I was also not a fan of the transition from childhood to adulthood – it was super jarring for me. And I felt that from the beginning of the adult section until the part where (spoilers) they get together DRAGGED. Dragged so much that I almost put the book down forever on multiple occasions.
