Oops, not a dumb question – I sometimes forget how weird/specialized rock-climbing vocabulary is! I boulder, which is climbing without ropes/lower to the ground, and a problem is the route/path you take when you’re climbing. Bouldering problems are graded by difficulty, starting at V0 and increasing from there (V1, V2, etc.) A V0 is kind of like climbing a ladder, or maybe a bit more challenging but not much. Harder problems require more strength, more/better technique, or both.

Aw, that’s always nice! I did too actually — I made a French onion soup for my aunt and uncle as they’ve had a rough week, and it came out super tasty. I was proud of myself!

What is an example of a rock-climbing problem? That is probably a super-dumb question but I know 0 things about rock climbing. I am impressed with you too however!!

I have a plan to go to the city where BEA is happening and have lots of drinks and lunches and dinners with bloggers, but not go to actual BEA cause it sounds tiring and not all that great. 😀
