I have that friend, too--the one who makes fresh pita to go with her homemade hummus whenever I come over and does not consider this going out of her way (or even a meal! she gave me a big bowl of fresh hummus and pita and then said she was going to cook me dinner after that!). She casually throws some cardamom in her chocolate chip cookies.  I do not understand her but she is a valuable friend to have.]]></description>
