Yes! This was the most bananas and yet fun book and I would so be there for a sequel!

You have done a good job describing why this plot is so difficult to describe. This book seems to be a wild ride, a wild & interesting ride. I’ll definitely look it up.

I mean, that IS a pretty cool cover. And it sounds like, from the random words that can be shared to explain the book, that this could very easily go off the rails. Glad to hear it’s holding it together and I maaaay need to check this out.

I LOVED this book. It is wacky and weird and a strange amalgamation of science and mythology, but Drayden somehow makes it work. I agree that a sequel would be amazing, if only to give us some closure.

I loved seeing your take on it! From the sound of it, the book worked a bit better for you than me, although I am impressed with the capacity of Nicky Drayden’s imagination. I do want to check out her short stories and whatever else she writes next.

In reply to Jeanne. I've already gone to put this on my list of books to find or order, and noticed that you're putting an extra "the" in the title, which actually makes the book sound even more interesting. Who is "the prey of Gods"? Sounds like humans are.
