I’ve never heard the term ‘autoethnographic study’, but it describes a lot of the books I like 🙂

It seems to be getting more and more complicated/difficult to get a good college education…..

Btw, I’ve waited well that long for a library hold before. Not because the library staff was inefficient about processing holds, but because the book was popular and/or there were few copies- I’ve been no. 40 or 50 in line to get a hold before! Right now I’m waiting for one that’s overdue for return from the previous borrower… either they lost it or are still reading (weeeeeks!) or just forgot to bring it back yet.

And programs like Americorps have volunteers in high schools, helping under-prepared students fill out forms and figure out how to navigate college admissions.
