I think I need Beasts of the Night. I have the new John Green and Wild Beauty and Burn Baby Burn all unread. New I want to read them all. As for Everless, well, I liked it a lot, but I do think my long-term like is going to depend on the sequel and where she goes with that plot twist. If it's more angst-ridden hand wringing and questioning, I'm going to be pissed.

I have a coworker who also loves Beasts of the Night (and I like the name and its cover!), so maybe this will nudge me into reading that one. Still haven’t read the new John Green, but while I have LOVED some of his books, he can be easy to dismiss as melodrama with snark — until you read him again and remember how good he is.

I’m sorry you’re still feeling cranky and upset. I cannot imagine how frustrating a neck brace would be! These all sound pretty good, but I think Wild Beauty is jumping to the top of my list. I need some YA to take on a trip with me at the end of the month.

I think it is so awesome that you can finish a YA book going to and from work in a day usually. You are a superstar. And I’m sorry your neck situation has been so tough. I’m hoping you don’t have to wear the uncomfortable brace any more!
